Paul Revere Kick-Off Greening Work Day

Greening Work Day
Saturday, March 21
10 AM - 2 PM

The Kick-Off Greening Work Day is the first official organized event of the Paul Revere Greening Initiative. The purpose of this day is to spruce up the existing garden in front of the school and to build community. We will also be doing other things to help beautify the block around the school.

There will be food and drink and crafts for the kids when they get bored with helping the grown-ups.

The event is a pot luck, so please bring a dish if you can. Please bring enough for eight (8) people, and please bring serving utensils for your dish. Cups/utensils/napkins/etc will be provided.

If your last name begins with..., please bring:

A - E: snack or appetizer
F - J: main dish
K - O: salad or vegetable dish
P - U: dessert
V - Z: beverage

Please think of our Healthy School guidelines and limit the sugar and trans-fats.

Wear your work clothes and bring your garden gloves and join us for this exciting opportunity to make our wonderful school even more wonderful.

RAIN DATE: We will work in light rain, but if the rain is heavy, we'll reschedule the workday for Saturday, March 28.

Hi Maria,

Welcome to Paul Revere! We'd be delighted if you'd join us on Saturday; should be great fun.

I'm the mom of a current Kinder in the SI program - Maestra Monica's class. We love school. :)

OH - and I was just about to add this to the posting -

Rain Date 3/28/09
We plan on working in light rain, but if it is raining too hard, we would like to reschedule to 3/28.

I look forward to meeting you this weekend.
Joy

Hey Joy! It's Ada's dad here -- I'm trying to find your address, with no luck for easter tomorrow! If you get this, can you mail the invite to danny@spesh.com. Thanks!
